Every room, suite, penthouse, condo, villa (whatever you find it called) is shared between timeshare owners and all the online bookings engines. This site, however, can offer the unoccupied timeshare availability to the general public at huge discounts...rates you won't find anywhere else. What's the "catch"? Our inventory is limited and available on a first come-first served basis. Other than that, once you book with us and are provided a resort generated confirmation guaranteeing your stay, you check in just like the guy next to you, who paid a lot more. No obligation to do anything other than relax, enjoy and SAVE. Same exact suites…way better price.

A variety of suites are available to suit your needs: Deluxe Studio Suites, One & Two Bedroom Suites; and the spectacular 2-BR Penthouses, all with daily maid service. Each suite is characterized by stylish Mexican decor, fully-equipped kitchens, marble floors, granite countertops, room service and more!  

All Suites include the following amenities:

Deluxe (Large) Studio Suite:
The suite is called the Deluxe or Large Studio suite. It accommodates a maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults with 2 children (under 12 years of age). It features a large living area with 2 queen beds and one luxurious marble bathroom. This suite is large at 546 square feet (including 78 sq. ft. of private balcony with patio furniture). Furnished kitchenette comes with microwave, stove top range, refrigerator, toaster, blender & coffee/tea maker. Suite includes clock radio, flat-screen satellite TV, CD and VCR player, mini-bar, air conditioning, electronic safe, ceiling fan, hair dryer.

One Bedroom Suite:    
The 1-bedroom suite sleeps a maximum of 4 adults and is quite spacious at 1254 square feet (including 302 sq. ft. of private balcony with patio furniture). Other features include: 2 patio doors (one from bedroom & one from living room) and daily maid service.
• The master bedroom features a King bed, whirlpool Jacuzzi tub and separate shower; flat-screen satellite TV, double closets, double sinks, electronic safe, hair dryer and ceiling fan.
• The living area includes a full bath, queen Murphy bed, second bathroom (3/4 bath with shower), flat-screen satellite TV, CD and VCR player, entertainment center, dining area and ceiling fans.
• The kitchen comes fully equipped with stove top, full-size refrigerator, and deluxe microwave. Other amenities include: washer & dryer, iron & ironing board, blender, toaster, coffee/tea maker, dishwasher, high-speed Internet access and mini-bar.

Two Bedroom Suite:
2-bedroom suites easily accommodates up to 6 adults and boasts 1800 square feet (including 380 sq. ft. of private balcony with patio furniture). This large suite is a combination of the 1-bedroom and the Deluxe Large Studio Suite. With an interior connecting door, this fabulous suite has all the features and amenities of both suites.
• The master bedroom features a King bed, whirlpool Jacuzzi tub and separate shower; flat-screen satellite TV, double closets, double sinks, electronic safe, hair dryer, ceiling fan.
• The second bedroom (which is a Deluxe Studio Suite) features a large living area with 2 queen beds and luxurious marble bathroom. This suite is large at 570 square feet (including 108 sq. ft. of private balcony with patio furniture). Furnished kitchenette comes with microwave, stove top range, refrigerator, toaster & coffee/tea maker. This second bedroom also has a flat-screen satellite TV, CD and VCR player, mini-bar, air conditioning, electronic safe, ceiling fan, hair dryer.
• The living area includes a full bath, queen Murphy bed, a third bathroom (3/4 bath with shower), flat-screen satellite TV, CD and VCR player, entertainment center, dining area and ceiling fans.

These spectacular air-conditioned villas are right above the beach or resort pools and look directly towards El Arco (Land's End).
